Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Bandivious membership, please submit your request using the below form.  Although there is no contract binding your band membership, our team commits a lot of time and effort to create and maintain your page, therefore, as a courtesy, we do require a 30 day notice for cancellation.  If you do not provide a 30 day notice of cancellation, you will be charged a one-time fee of $14.99.
